Olde Towne East

The collection of neighborhoods making up Columbus’ Near East Side includes Olde Towne East, The King-Lincoln District, Franklin Park, Woodland Park, and Old Oaks. Known for being less dense and more diverse, these neighborhoods have seen an influx of development and rising property values as of late. The area has over 1,000 homes, some as old as the 1830’s, and more than 50 architectural styles including Italianate, Queen Anne, and Victorian. Many homes in these neighborhoods were built by famous individuals who shaped the city of Columbus including industrialists, lawyers, judges, teachers, architects, mayors, governors, and legislators.
